An exciting cybersecurity SaaS start-up is relocating its commercial team to Valencia and looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing outbound sales team. The Role:
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6+ outbound new business sales professionals, ensuring they achieve and exceed targets.
✅ Set and drive the outbound sales strategy, optimizing processes and best practices to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
✅ Coach and support your team, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
✅ Monitor key sales metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, improve forecasting, and refine team strategies.
✅ Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with company growth goals and market opportunities.
✅ Ensure smooth execution of the sales process, from prospecting and demos to closing, while continually refining playbooks and methodologies.
✅ Be hands-on initially, closing deals to understand the product and refine the sales approach before shifting focus to full-time management.
✅ Represent the company externally, attending industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand awareness and business opportunities.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including at least 2 years managing high-performing teams.
Proven success in outbound new business sales, SaaS is a must.
A track record of optimizing sales processes and shortening sales cycles.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Nice to Haves:
✔ Experience in cybersecurity or related tech sectors.
✔ Background in start-up or scale-up environments.
✔ Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPIN or SPICED, and CRM tools like HubSpot.
✔ A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for growth.
