Location/Division Specific Information
As Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key member of our Genetic Analysis sales team serving our Clinical in one of our Central territories. This role is focused on rapidly growing our outstanding consumables portfolio of qPCR/CE Sequencing and Microarray solutions. To achieve success you will need to forge positive relationships within the existing customer base and develop new business opportunities.

Our Inside Sales Representatives act as a trusted commercial point of contact who will work closely with our field-based sales, service, and support teams to bring our innovative workflows to our customers.
A Day in the Life
1. Achieve the agreed sales targets
2. Identify and close sales opportunities
3. Prospect for new business opportunities
4. Build internal/external networks and enhance collaboration via our CRM system
5. Utilise account and territory planning tools
6. Forecasting large deal pipeline and run rate business
7. Up to 20% travel within sales territory and attend regular off-site internal meetings
8. Develop appropriate selling skills consistent with Thermo Fisher Scientific's philosophy, policies, and procedures
Keys to Success
1. Education: BSc in Life Sciences
2. Experience: Experience in a sales role is beneficial but not crucial
3. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proficiency in German is required
4. Knowledge of the Genetic Analysis workflow and market
5. Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
6. Demonstrate a positive demeanor and desire to succeed
7. Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment
8. Digital literacy in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint or similar programs required
