The Fashion Advisor & Care and Repair Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional and seamless client experience, ensuring both retail performance and excellence in service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Acts as a CHANEL Insider, demonstrating deep knowledge of the Brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and collections.
* Implements all training received and proactively seeks opportunities to enhance product and trend knowledge.

Client Experience & Sales Excellence
* Creates a tailor-made client experience, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring brand loyalty.
* Assists clients in developing their personal style, providing expert styling advice and proposing alterations when necessary.
* Achieves sales targets by leveraging all available tools, including product expertise, clienteling, and digital platforms.
* Supports an omnichannel shopping experience by integrating in-store and digital touchpoints.
* Handles client concerns with empathy and professionalism, transforming potential challenges into positive experiences.
* Welcomes clients according to CHANEL's aftersales service philosophy, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
* Actively listens to clients to understand their concerns and provides clear, expert guidance on repair processes, waiting times, and assessments from workshops.
* Performs quick repairs such as chain or clasp exchanges, eyewear adjustments, and watch strap fittings.
* Acts as the main point of contact for the sales team regarding aftersales, product maintenance, and internal software use.
* Trains the team to enhance their knowledge and autonomy in managing aftersales requests.
* Ensures the proper management of deliveries and shipments, complying with internal procedures.
* Maintains detailed records of client interactions and aftersales cases, ensuring accurate follow-up.
* Communicates directly with CHANEL workshops in Paris, drafting and sending detailed correspondence in English to guarantee precise handling of client needs.
Team Collaboration & Business Growth
* Works collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of service, contributing to a culture of excellence.
* Shares best practices and knowledge with the team, fostering a spirit of continuous learning and development.
* Ensures the boutique environment is always impeccable, in line with CHANEL's Visual Merchandising guidelines.
* Participates in product stock replenishment and inventory management as needed.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven experience in luxury retail, with a strong background in both sales and aftersales service.
* Expertise in RTW styling, with the ability to create complete and personalized looks for clients.
* Strong selling skills, with a performance-driven mindset and ability to achieve sales targets.
* Experience in handling aftersales processes, including repairs, quality control, and client communications.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
