We are now looking for an HR Specialist to join our international team in Madrid! He/she will be responsible for managing and executing a broad range of HR functions. This role ensures the effective delivery of HR programs and initiatives to support the organization’s objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR administration while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
What You Will Do
* HR Administration and Compliance:
* Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
* Process HR documentation such as contracts, benefits enrollment, and personnel changes.
* Stay updated on labor legislation and ensure company practices are compliant.
* Compensation and Benefits Administration:
* Assist in the administration of employee compensation programs and benefits plans.
* Work closely with finance and benefits providers to resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related HR matters.
* HR Data Management and Reporting:
* Utilize HR information systems to manage employee data and generate regular reports.
* Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement levels, etc.) to inform strategy and improve HR processes.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to enhance organizational performance.
* Policy Development and Implementation:
* Support the creation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure all HR practices align with the organization’s values and legal requirements.
* Educate employees on policies, ensuring clarity and compliance.
* Performance Management and Development:
* Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
* Support the development and implementation of training programs, career development paths, and succession planning.
* Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and provide targeted learning opportunities

What You Should Bring
* Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Experience:
* 3+ years in HR roles focused on legal compliance, contract administration, or HR operations.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms and legal research tools.
* Skills:
* Advanced knowledge of employment law, procurement regulations, and statutory compliance.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret legal documents and mitigate organizational risk.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (professional level).
* Proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting innovative solutions.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational needs and priorities
