Responsibilities
* Planning HR and administration activities
* Overseeing recruitment
* Managing the payroll function
* Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures
* Running employee relations programs
* Overseeing the office management/ESH function
* Responsible for administration function, including canteen, transportation, accommodation, etc.
* Leading the HR and Administration department
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree and above
* At least 5 years’ experience in HR and administration role
* Excellent English written and verbal communication
* Strategic thinking ability
* Proven ability to multitask
* Good communication skills
