We are a global department with locations around the world. This role would be specifically focused on EMEA region. We seek a local individual to work from one of the following locations: Dublin Ireland Madrid Spain Cluj Romania or Lisbon Portugal.
We will count on you to:
Be a successoriented solution expert and advocate within the EMEA region driving critical product decisions and relentlessly driving best practices with the adoption of our product by our partners as well as Mercer Marsh Benefits country leaders and executives.
Drive Market Success Through Product :
* Establish leadership voice for our customized product in markets through relationship building & management;
* Understand market needs working closely with market leaders an global commercial teams to drive ongoing product strategy for local feature capabilities / solutions;
* Develop expert level understanding of Darwin and be able to rapidly identify and action competitive threats & opportunities;
* Liaise with business stakeholders on feature definition & priority;
Drive Excellence
* Support / drive country enablement and readiness activities when new localized solutions are developed. This includes and is not limited to supporting commercial training sign positing and assisting with the enablement of new features;
* Act as steward of the proposition and drive excellence through project lessons learned rigorous governance and communication. Also act as a steward of the business and provide objective guidance on pursuing or passing on specific opportunities based on risk;
Drive Regional Expansion of New Markets on Darwin
* Work with commercial leaders to identify and prioritize new marketopening opportunities;
* Lead multifunctional Mercer Marsh Benefits / Darwin assessments and gap analyses utilizing business analysts product managers and other functional personnel;
* Understand evaluate and document market behavior clarifications to assess Darwin fit;
What you need to have:
* 68 years of experience preferably with a strong focus on solution development product management solutions consulting within benefits administration domain;
* Strong business acumen and analysis skills. Ability to think strategically turn ambiguity into structure and utilize business & product knowledge to inform desired product outcomes;
* Proven ability to develop document and maintain technical specifications including the designing and documenting detailed process flows;
* Experience or familiarity with insurance or financial services industry is preferred Benefits Administration highly favorable;
* Strong interpersonal skills able to effectively interact with both senior and junior colleagues and create buyin and followership for recommendations and best practices;
* Proven communication skills (written and verbal) in working with management clients and technological experts;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
