Responsibilities:
* Based on the company's and channel's key product planning, responsible for integrated marketing planning of key products in key channels and brand development plans in key countries.
* Collaborate with European regional sales, GTM, and distributors to plan online and offline marketing activities targeting key country marketing goals and milestones, and be accountable for the results.
* Responsible for providing marketing material requirements for regional channels, ensuring brand consistency, and meeting marketing needs for channel entry.
* Oversee the preparation and execution of regional trade shows and press events, coordinating across departments, and managing exhibition displays, promotional materials, and personnel arrangements.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of work experience, including at least 2 years in marketing or brand-related roles; experience in cross-border e-commerce or overseas companies is preferred.
* Preferred skills in event planning, with experience in integrated marketing for new product launches and major festive events.
* Strong data insight, comprehensive management skills, and teamwork awareness, with the ability to communicate across departments.
* Proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language.
Frequent travel (over 50%), primarily to Poland/Russia/Italy/China.
