Your mission
* Align actions with company values, ensuring a consistent and principled approach
* Meet quarterly sales targets and objectives effectively
* Build the Matrix42 brand by presenting, promoting, and selling Matrix42 solutions within the marketplace
* Use a value-based selling strategy to demonstrate the financial and operational advantages of Matrix42 solutions to prospects and customers
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and prospects
* Foster trusted partnerships with local partners and integrators to drive growth, enhance value, and ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and the broader ecosystem to deliver superior experience throughout the sales lifecycle
Your profile
MUST HAVES
* Extensive experience selling SaaS solutions directly to senior executives in organizations with 5,000 to 20,000 employees in Spain (10+ years)
* Proven track record of consistently achieving quotas, securing new clients, and expanding existing accounts year over year
* Skilled in fostering cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders both within and outside the organization
* Adept at managing multiple client organizations, building strong relationships with key decision-makers at various levels
* Data-driven in territory and account planning, with a proactive approach to exceeding business targets
* Proficient in MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies, with a creative mindset for pipeline generation and a high level of forecasting accuracy
* Fluent in English
