Working at Quintas Energy, you will operate in a data rich environment supported by a strong, experienced field team and a backoffice resource that will provide you with a steady flow of asset and contractual data.Your main responsibility will be to support the legal team in the Land&Property Relationship Management services in establishing and maintain relationships with the sites’ landlord's community groups and local authorities, to manage the lease contracts (land-lease or easement) that the different SPVs has signed.The role requires:Stakeholder management (clients, landlords, councils, third party experts, Quintas colleagues, several O&M and EPC contractors, etc);Risk and opportunity-based prioritisation of your activities.Driver’s license for occasional visit to Notary or public officeRESPONSIBILITIESAs Land & Property Relationship Senior Associate within Quintas Energy’s Asset Management Department, you will work closely with the Asset Management and Finance team. Your duties include but are not limited to the following:Stakeholder management: main point of contact for landowners, establishing and maintaining relationships with landowners, community groups and local authorities.Onboarding of the lease and easement contracts.Monitor the contractual events and ensure relevant parties are informed to allow the proper management of them.Ensure that the SPVs comply with its obligations under lease contract.Dealing with Notaries, Property Register and any other relevant counterparty or public office.Managing the notarization of the contracts and easements.Support the Client in the resolution of conflicts that might arise with landowners.Manage the payment of the rent and the other financial obligation of the contracts.Promoting a H&S culture within QE and ensuring the identification and escalation of H&S (ESQCR) risks in the portfolio.RequirementsLaw DegreeAt least two years of experience:Experience with community, local authority, and landowner engagement.Experience in managing land lease, dealing also with Notaries, Property Registers, Cadastral Office (previous experience in notary firm or similar office will be an asset)Experience working with notaries, drafting public deeds Must be able to work in a team environment and in a client facing role.Experience in payment process (cost control, invoicing and payment).Experience in agricultural aid schemes (for example PAC)Experience with Solar PV construction and/or management.A confident communicator both verbally and in writingMust be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment.Must have analytical, communication, and computer skills.Ability to meet deadlines.Ability to solve problems, take responsibility and start adding value to the team immediately.
