ABOUT THE ROLE :
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Governance Team, specializing in recruitment for Ethics & Trade Compliance, Legal, Audit, Investigation, and Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities :
* Participate in briefing calls with clients and document key information.
* Conduct candidate searches and market mapping and support sourcing efforts.
* Create and post job advertisements, manage job postings, and set up invoice schedules.
* Handle candidate communication, including emails, follow-ups, and scheduling video interviews.
* Organize and update recruitment tracking systems, ensuring all processes are properly documented.
* Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates.
* Maintain candidate shortlists and ensure accurate documentation.
* Assist in developing client relationships, scheduling feedback calls, and maintaining contact with placed candidates.
* Support aftercare, referrals, and proactive placements by identifying additional hiring opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills :
* Fluent in English (required).
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Experience in project coordination or recruitment support is a plus.
