Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled International Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. Under the supervision of the Head of People, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processes of talent attraction, selection, and onboarding, both within Spain and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions across different regions.
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
* Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
* Define and update job descriptions.
* Coordinate the formalization of hiring processes.
* Support market research for the definition and update of compensation policies.
* Provide support to other HR processes as needed.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice.
* Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
* Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations.
* Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent globally.
* Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse talent pool.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within international environments.
* Proficiency in English at a C2 level.
* Degree in Psychology or a related field.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in the logistics and transportation sector is highly valued.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
