We’re hiring!We are looking for a Project Manager / Integration Specialist to join our team on a 6-12 month basis to lead the business integration of recent BMS acquisitions across Spain.Main responsibilitiesLead the end-to-end integration process, translating business requirements into integration needsLaunch integration workstreams by coordinating cross-functional teams (commercial, operations, finance, compliance, IT) in the creation of the integration roadmapCommunicate project goals and progress to key stakeholders through status meetings, status reports, ad-hoc communications, and project presentationsDevelop and maintain integration metrics and provide visibility to project progress (milestones, risks), budget, synergies, and KPIsPartner with workstreams throughout the duration of the integration by monitoring deliverables and identifying interdependencies, issues, and escalating risksCollaborate with Workstream Leads to ensure project plan deliverables are met timelyManage budgets – including initial estimation, tracking of actuals, and understanding variancesDrive transition to BAU (ensuring criteria are met, creation of documentation, etc.)Capture lessons learned and recommendations for future acquisitionsContribute to improving the overall MA integration playbook, including processes, methodology, tools and best practices to accelerate speed and effectiveness of future integrationsWhat we´re looking for: skills and capabilitiesExperience in PMO work using different systems/tools, preferably in a corporate environmentExperience executing post-acquisition integration projects, preferably in the Financial Services sectorAbility to interact and communicate effectively and build strong working relationships at all levels of the organisationAbility to work independently and proactivelyAbility to complete time sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle projects with multiple workstreams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problemsStrong Excel and Powerpoint skills to monitor project progress and communicate key messages to senior stakeholdersCreative problem solver who can think analytically and strategicallyProfessional fluency in Spanish English since this role will work closely with global colleagues in London, Spain and Latin AmericaAbout BMSBMS is a dynamic, independent global broker established in 1980, delivering specialist insurance, reinsurance, and capital markets advisory services.
