WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Help our customer resolve their issues
As Tech Print Consultant, you will dive into a world of code, database systems, virtualization technologies, networks, servers, and more as you draw on your already extensive experience to resolve customer issues. Doing so, you can look forward to managing incident reports from the customer's second-level support and communicating directly with their IT staff to resolve the issues.
More specifically, you will:
Handle incoming reports and requests in our ticket system
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues
Locate, create, and manage workarounds
“You’ll work closely with our customers, but there will be very little travel involved as most issues will be something you can resolve online,”.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Have a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in system admin or similar
AWS Cloud knowledge: S3, RDS, LB, Security group, etc
(Advanced) usage skills of Linux and/or other Unix-based operating systems
Knowledge of server administration, shell scripting and configuration in large server environments
Knowledge of networking, including load balancing, firewalls, VPN, port mapping, TDP/UDP and HTTPS
Experience with Java, XML, XSLT and basic development tools
Familiarity with GIT, web server (Apache) and some database (Oracle) knowledge
Understanding of agile software development principles
English fluency, written and speaking

WHAT WE OFFER
Being part of dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals.
Expected salary range 35,000 - 43,000 € per year gross per year, depending on knowledge and experience.
Working model: Hybrid (twice a week at the office). Open to working on-call
