Job Duties:
1. Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent;
2. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, ensuring a harmonious working environment;
3. Training & Development: Design and oversee training programs to enhance staff skills and foster growth;
4. Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits and ensure competitive compensation packages;
5. Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and practices are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations;
6. Performance Management: Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems;
7. HR Strategy: Contribute to the company's strategy meetings and advise on HR implications of business decisions;
8. Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that improve our workplace and promote company culture.
Candidates Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus;
* Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry;
* Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws;
* Exceptional interpersonal communication and management skills;
* Proven ability to oversee and manage HR metrics;
* Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems;
* Ability to handle data with confidentiality;
* Proven track record of developing and mentoring staff to higher performance;
* Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English.
