The Key Account Manager Role
This is a quota-bearing sales persona responsible for taking full ownership of assigned accounts and managing relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within assigned regional clients.
* Build relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Work with and through company network offices to deliver excellent client experiences in each relevant market.
* Realize revenue and margin targets and maximize sales opportunities by connecting client needs with company offerings and solutions.
* Develop and drive organization strategy with local client managers within assigned regional accounts.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Sales business acumen and skills supporting successful selling through organizational and business outcome mindset.
* Sales client engagement and management skills used to effectively manage and analyze the client throughout the lifecycle.
* Sales solution skills, including knowledge of company offerings and ability to apply them to individual client situations.
* Sales pursuit skills enabling a sales team member to create success by identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.
