We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our telesales organisation in Spain. In this role you will be responsible for the performance and management of our sales for both Sweden and Norway. Team consists of 7-8 hungry sales agents that you will support, lead and motivate to do the best they can.

Your responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop a Swedish/Norwegian sales team of 7-8 people.
2. Analyze and monitor key performance indicators to ensure success.
3. Create a positive team culture with clear goals and a shared vision.
4. Recruit, participate in onboarding and coach new employees.
5. Work strategically to build and improve our Account Management process.
6. Ability to facilitate clear communication between sales teams and other departments.
7. Collaborate with our different key stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
1. Fluent in the English language; Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish is a plus.
2. Have experience in leading teams, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Skilled at analyzing data and key performance indicators to drive results.
4. Is a natural coach with the ability to motivate and develop others.
5. Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
6. Previous telesales management experience in B2C sales.
Meritorious but not required:
1. Experience in fast-growing companies.
2. Good technical understanding and familiarity with CRM systems.
3. Experience in building processes for Account Management.
