At Claire Joster Executive, we are looking to hire an HR Manager for one of our clients, a multinational company in the industrial sector, located in the Barbastro area.
Organization –
Reporting to the HR Director based in Germany, you will be part of the HR department in the Barbastro area. This position has no direct or indirect reports.
As an HR Manager, you will be key in aligning the people strategy with the business strategy. You will manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to off-boarding, ensuring continuous and meaningful development. You will work alongside line managers to set priorities, drive values, and achieve business results.
Functions –
* Align the people strategy with the business strategy.
* Manage the full employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, career development, off-boarding).
* Implement HR processes.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws.
* Manage personnel data and payroll.
* Lead relations with the Works Council.
* Develop training plans.
* Resolve employee relations issues.
* Support decision-making through data analysis.
* Promote the company's values and culture within the plant.
Requirements – Competencies
* Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and more than 5 years of progressive professional HR experience. (preferably in an industrial and international environment).
* Expert in Windows based software (specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
* Languages: Spanish and English skills, both verbal and written; preferred C1.
* Potential business travel necessary (locally and within Europe): Frequency <5%
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and design/optimize work processes.
