We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Finance and Administration Officer / Accountant to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment. This role offers opportunities to grow, learn, and engage in international projects with a multicultural team. Availability to travel to China from July 28th to August 19th, 2025, is required.
Responsibilities
1. Candidate should have a consolidated accounting background: accounting, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tax. Prepare tax documents - Spanish Taxes.
2. Accounts and Billing: Issued and received, checking against contracts, purchasing processes, services, etc.
3. Compile and analyze financial statements.
4. Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
5. Bank reconciliation and Payment execution.
6. Cash Flow management.
7. File and document maintenance.
8. Spreadsheets: Excellent management of Excel databases (e.g., Management of Excel formulas to cross-check information with various databases, optimization of time and work, etc.).
Profile & Qualifications
1. Minimum experience of at least 3-4 years in a similar position.
2. University degrees in Finance, Accounting, and advanced certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or MBA (Master of Business Administration).
3. Fluency in MS Office.
4. ERP: SAGE200 mandatory.
5. International experience.
6. High level of English: Verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate in English and Spanish (other languages welcome).
7. A proactive and responsible person with initiative and versatility.
8. Detailed and organizational skills.
9. Ability to manage own workload, and information and work under pressure (at times).
