WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant within a lifestyle hotel
A passion for authentic hospitality and storytelling that creates memorable guest experiences
A creative and curious mindset
A motivating and empowering leadership style that thrives in multicultural and energetic teams
Strong communication skills, resilience, and a keen eye for organization and detail
Fluency in English and Spanish, with German as a plus - the more languages, the better

In charge of smooth daily operations & exceeding our and the NENI Franchises' high-quality standards, while steadily improving the product & guest experience
Supplier & order management according to the NENI Operations Manual
Conduct job interviews, recruit and train the restaurant team in collaboration with the human resources department.
Be a team leader: hands-on mentality, working schedules, staff trainings, motivate, escalate
Be a manager: know your numbers & be on top of the game
