Responsibilities:
* Provide medical care to passengers and crew members in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Conduct routine medical examinations and screenings for passengers and crew members
* Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, and prescribe appropriate medications
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
* Collaborate with other medical professionals onboard, including nurses and paramedics, to ensure the best possible care for patients
* Monitor and maintain medical supplies and equipment onboard
* Participate in emergency drills and respond to medical emergencies as needed
* Educate passengers and crew members on health and safety practices while onboard
* Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations set by the company and relevant authorities
Qualifications and Skills:
* Medical degree from an accredited university
* Valid license to practice medicine
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Doctor, preferably in a maritime or remote setting
* Experience in emergency medicine and/or critical care is highly desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Flexibility to work long hours and be on call as needed
* Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
