The company is committed to making smart solar energy accessible to everyone, ensuring high-quality and impactful technology.☀️Job Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:Promote the sales of inverters, home energy storage systems, and micro-inverters in Spain, Italy, Portugal & France.Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.Market Analysis and Strategy:Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities.Develop strategic plans leveraging market trends and customer insights.Customer Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with solar distributions customers.Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.Team Leadership and Training:Supervise and mentor a team in South Europe.(4-6 persons)Ensure team members have excellent skills and knowledge to contribute to the company’s success.Collaboration and Reporting:Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.Regularly report sales progress and market insights to the General Manager based in Germany. Job Requirements:Fluent in English & Spanish is a must.
