We generate 150+ million EUR in turnover with strong profitability and are owned by the Nordic private equity company Axcel.At The Nutriment Company, we have a highly motivated, ambitious, and fun team that aspires to take our company to the next level, as we expand rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions across Europe.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented Financial Controller to join our team at Puromenu in Cabanillas del Campo.In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial and administrative processes at Puromenu from A to Z. You will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial management.You will also be part of the central finance team at TNC, working closely with financial controllers across Europe. Together, you will contribute to the harmonization and continuous improvement of financial processes across the group.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ManagementResponsible for input and output of the accounting systemOversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate accounting recordsPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsMonitor and manage cashflowDevelop and manage budgets and support forecasting activities Compliance & CoordinationEnsure compliance with local tax and legal regulationsAct as a liaison between the company and the external accounting firm on accounting, tax, and payroll mattersManage relationship with the external accounting firmCoordinate audits and support internal control initiativesBusiness PartneringAct as a finance partner to operational departments (e.G., production, warehouse)Implement and maintain internal control systems to mitigate financial and operational risks Conduct variance and KPI analysis to support performance improvementGroup CollaborationWork closely with the central TNC finance teamContribute to the harmonization of financial processes across the groupYour ProfileDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3–5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar roleExperience working with external accounting firms (Big 4 experience is a plus)Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulationsExperience with budgeting, reporting, and variance analysisStrong team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and solution-orientedFluent in written and spoken English and Spanish Your applicationIf you believe Puromenu and The Nutriment Company is for you, please send us your resume already today and no later than April 25thInterviews take place continuously and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
