We are looking for an IT SUPPORT professional to provide IT, audiovisual and general support to VIP users for an on-site project in Madrid.
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience working on an IT service desk or help desk team
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Infrastructure
* Advanced knowledge of Windows and MAC (desired skill)
* Familiarity with call logging systems like ServiceNow
* Strong experience with Microsoft Windows platforms, including Windows 10 and Windows 11
* Proficiency in MS Office O365 and MS Outlook
* Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Client Server, and other network applications
* Experience with SMS software deployment tools
* Understanding of network share permissions
* Proficiency in iPhone/iPad management technology
* Experience in laptop/desktop build, imaging, and physical troubleshooting
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
* Knowledge of VPN clients
* Ability to troubleshoot remote connectivity issues
* Proficiency in using remote control tools
Essential to have a good level of English (C1)
