As an Office Manager Support, you will assist the office in supporting our client's Chief Technology and Transformation Officer. You will be part of this international client's internal team of 4 members: an Office Manager, an Executive Assistant, a Personal Assistant, and a Communications Officer. You will help keep track of specific meeting preparation, visitor registration, event organization task, information gathering, PowerPoint formatting, and ensure all preparations are in place. You will be involved in multiple tasks in collaboration with the office team.
👉Your role?
* Provide full admin support for the team.
* Help with visitor registration.
* Meeting rooms booking.
* Power point formatting presentations in line with company standards.
* Event organisational tasks.
* Expenses and travel organisation support.
* Actively drive and follow up on tasks.
* Ensuring that documentation relevant to the project is maintained and updated.
* Collaborating with the team members for the various project updates and ensuring that the action items are followed up timely consistently.
* Working hours as per CET schedule, including full days in summer period and Fridays.
✌️What would make you a great candidate?
* Previous experience as an Admin Support.
* Min. 3 years of relevant work experience, with proven track record in task management & prioritization.
* Experience in handling MS Outlook Calendars.
* Experience with Office 365.
* Excellent in MS tools experience in Excel, Word, Power Point.
* Strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
* A highly motivated team player.
* Experience in working with remote teams in a global, multicultural environment.
