Objectives and tasks
* Manage the administrative tasks generated by potential schools, with support for the sales team's agenda.
* Help sales team in sales prospecting with relevant leads
* Manage the administrative tasks generated by closed opportunities:
* Create & send communication materials for new schools
* Monitoring tasks needed for the correct management of previous point tasks
* Coordinate parents meetings for new schools
* Attend WTS meetings and follow up on subsequent tasks derived
* Assist in the coordination of presentations and commercial events in person and/or online
* Facilitate the response of satisfaction questionnaires from new school and AFAs contacts
* Phone support for potential and new schools
* Maintaining the data quality of potential schools in the CRM (Salesforce)
Personal profile:
* Very commercial attitude
* Ability to work in a team
* Proactive, very sociable and empathetic
* Organized and flexible to perform different tasks
* With availability to travel (drive) around Catalonia
* With good communication and reporting skills
* High proficiency in Catalan (both spoken and written)
Studies:
* Ideally, with higher education, it doesn't matter what or if it has taken long time to finish:
business administration (ADE), economics, marketing, journalism, audiovisual communication, MBA, etc.
* Heavy user de Office 365:
SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI
* Knowledge & user of CRM (ideal Salesforce)
Experience:
* Commercial experience and/or in trade marketing departments will be an asset
* Experience supporting sales teams will be valued
