Strategic planning for the enhancement of Sunhome's fulfillment and service operations, taking a lead role in complex field engineering projects.
Execute a wide range of engineering tasks related to the installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of Sunhome's solar and storage solutions.
Work autonomously in the field alongside R&D Engineers to address complex technical issues, leading investigations into root causes of technological challenges for advanced projects.
Lead the electrical and electronic troubleshooting and testing of solar and storage products and components, both in the field and in laboratory settings.
Engage with customers to clearly communicate the technical aspects of Sunhome’s products and solutions.
Initiate and implement Field Service procedures focused on safety, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
Develop training materials and deliver advanced technical training to Field Service Engineers and level 1 sales team.
Participate in level 1 sales team operation and training.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
* 2+ years of residential solar technical support experience.
* Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
* Willingness to travel between Spain and UK as needed.
