We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Senior to join our high-performing finance team. This role will report to the Head of Corporate Finance & Reporting, and will provide direct support Corporate CFO, and Corporate Chief Strategy Officer, contributing to strategic financial initiatives and enhancing the company’s financial reporting framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of financial metrics and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Reporting Enhancement : Support with the Head of Corporate Finance & Reporting to continuously refine and enhance the company’s internal reporting structure, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance of financial information. Work with the FP&A team to define, monitor, and evolve key operational performance indicators (KPIs), integrating insights that support strategic business decisions and operational excellence.
External Reporting : Prepare external financial reporting for lenders and investors, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Shareholder Reporting : Develop comprehensive external reporting packages for the principal shareholder (Private Equity firm), presenting clear and actionable insights.
Financial Planning and Forecasting : Work closely with the FP&A team to prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and other financial planning processes, ensuring insightful and actionable outcomes.
M&A Support : Provide support in the organization and planning of M&A processes, coordinating various areas including due diligence (DD), negotiation, pricing, and post-transaction integration in collaboration with the Integration Management Office (IMO) team.
Business Planning, Corporate Projects, and Process Improvement : Support the preparation of business plans, provide analytical insights for various corporate projects, and identify and implement process enhancements within the reporting and financial analysis functions, promoting efficiency and best practices.
Credit Rating Agency Engagement : Manage relationships with credit rating agencies and oversee the annual company rating process.
Investor and Management Analysis : Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports required by investors or top management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience (being a must having background in Transaction Services / M&A).
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and business reporting tools.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required, C1.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
