The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the company's daily business activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of scaling operations in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational strategies to support company goals.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth business processes and high efficiency.
* Identify and implement improvements in workflows, supply chain, and resource allocation.
* Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to enhance performance and productivity.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies within the healthtech industry.
* Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
* Drive technology adoption and innovation to improve operational efficiency in healthtech solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience (10+ years) in an operational leadership role, preferably in the health tech industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
* Knowledge of business processes, healthcare regulations, and performance metrics.
* Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools for health tech operations management.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
* Experience in digital transformation and automation of healthcare operational processes.
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth healthtech environment.
