ABOUT THE JOB
Event Manager
* Research and identify potential opportunities to purchase tickets for upcoming sports and music events across Europe and the United Kingdom.
* Complete daily tasks including event building, event checking, pre/post-event reporting, ticket requests, and other customer service inquiries.
* Take a proactive role in the strategic acquisition of ticket inventory.
* Take ownership and accountability of individual events, managing the inventory from acquisition through to event completion.
* Monitor and manage ticket inventory levels to prevent overstock or undersupply.
* Compile monthly and quarterly sales reports.
* Work in a collaborative team of Event Managers, supporting each other in making informed decisions and contributing innovative ideas.
* Provide updates on the status, inventory position, and progress of your events through both in-person meetings and written communication.
* Collaborate across departments, including Customer Services, Fulfillment, and Sales teams, to ensure effective management of the post-sale aspects of your events.

ABOUT YOU
* Experience working in operational ticketing.
* Knowledge of major sporting events, concerts, and entertainment venues around Europe.
* Ability to comprehend and leverage the core principles of supply and demand to make informed decisions within a dynamic marketplace.
* Thrive in a fast-paced industry and work well under pressure.
* Comfortable working with automation software and embracing technological advancements to enhance processes.
* Display a genuine passion for major sporting events, live entertainment, and venues across Europe and the UK.
* Advanced C1 level of English is required.
* Attention to detail and follow processes as instructed.
* Flexible working hours to meet conflicting deadlines.
