We are looking for a professional to support customers in adopting our products, providing 1st level assistance, defining test cases, creating manuals, and training clients on software configuration. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and the commercial team to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.
TASKS:
1ST LEVEL ASSISTANCE:
1. Defines, carries out and documents test cases of functionality and modules;
2. Produces the manuals for the software produced;
3. Provides second level support services;
4. Provides operational training to customers;
5. Supports the customer in software parameterization;
6. Knows how to explain the functionality of some product areas in a clear and complete way, highlighting the effects of parameterization choices;
7. Supports the commercial area in presenting the software to customers and prospects.
RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Responsible for customer service

HARD SKILLS KNOWLEDGE:
1. Office suite at an advanced level
