Descripción del Trabajo:
The senior role will lead RSA Europe’s reward framework ensuring alignment with the business objectives and that the business maintains a competitive and equitable reward framework that will attract, engage, recognize and reward high performing employees in the countries where we operate.
The role will work closely with the Executive and wider HR Teams to provide advice & guidance to the business on a variety of strategic reward business initiatives & projects e.g. Gender Pay Gap reporting and the EU Pay Transparency Directive and legislative requirements in each country we operate.
Throughout the year the role holder will collaborate with GSL / UK&I / Intact Reward teams to ensure alignment of the European Reward Strategy and Annual Operating Plan. This role reports to the VP of People GSL Europe.
Responsabilidades Clave:
* Assume responsibility for all matters under the reward banner (pay and bonus benefits etc).
* Implement solutions to meet both business and legislative requirements (e.g. Gender Pay and EU Pay Transparency legislation, employment legalization).
* Lead annual reward cycle activities, such as the annual salary and bonus scheme, benefits pensions.
* Regularly assess the organizations position to market and make recommendations in relation to benchmarking when necessary to enable RSA Insurance to remain competitive and an employer of choice, balancing best practice with a focus on cost efficiency.
* Lead the relationship with external salary survey providers and act as main point of contact for collation and input to the annual surveys including role matching and levelling.
* Advise on reward implications and requirements in response to structural & organisational changes.
* Understand the markets and benchmarking in the countries where we operate Speciality Lines and horizon scan for any changes.
* Manage the annual salary and bonus reporting & appropriate governance to include accurate data & reporting in respect of Executive Pay and Solvency II obligations.
* Work closely with GSL Reward leads as part of the GSL reward community.
* Provide advisory assistance & support to senior leaders regarding relevant Pay & Benefits plans.
* Build reward capability across the organisation and provide advice to the HR team and People.
Requisitos del Puesto:
* Minimum experience of 10 + years Reward / Benefits experience and collaborating at Executive level & Boards.
* Pensions experience.
* Excellent at communicating and stakeholder management.
* Natural problem solver with the capacity to get to root cause and deliver fixes at pace.
* Focus on value & outcomes and promoting execution of the right work.
* Willing to travel as required.
* Clearly exemplifies and demonstrates the leadership success factors and values of the organization.
