Position Overview
This role is responsible for developing the ACUVUE contact lenses market in assigned countries within the Caribbean; driving growth and leading business with key customers, distribution partners, and the extended salesforce team.

Responsibilities
Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, internal business partners, management, and co-workers.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or needs in a timely manner.
3. Develop a deep understanding of customers and distributors' business models, goals, and challenges.
4. Lead relationships with distributors and extended salesforce by coaching them while ensuring the business plan is implemented successfully to attain sales targets.
5. Represent our company during customer and Eye Care Professional organizations events, congresses, and other related activities.
Business Development
1. Responsible for attaining sales targets for assigned territory.
2. Identify commercial opportunities and propose initiatives to improve the business and optimize sales.
3. Generate and negotiate contracts & agreements with customers and distributors to ensure beneficial partnerships.
4. Analyze distributor’s Sell-Out information to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Lead and support efforts to increase customer satisfaction levels.
6. Monitor and follow up on proper customer use of diagnostic lenses in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Performance Analysis
1. Track and analyze key metrics related to customers and distributor performance.
2. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on account status, business opportunities, and challenges.
3. Implement corrective actions and initiatives to optimize performance and achieve targets.
Training
1. Complete assigned trainings to develop superior knowledge on Acuvue portfolio, competitive products, selling, and negotiation skills.
2. Lead, coach, and train the extended salesforce to ensure business strategies are implemented successfully.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, key account management, distributor management, and/or business development roles.
3. Health care sector experience is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of sales principles, distribution channels, and customer relationship management.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions.
7. Proactive, organized, resourceful, and accountable for actions.
8. Able to work with minimum supervision; take initiative and solve problems.
9. Able to work flexible hours and occasionally weekends during events or traveling.
10. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and distributors.
11. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
12. Computer literate required – advanced level (Microsoft Office and Outlook).
13. Fluency in English (90%) and Spanish (100%).
