We are looking for a professional with extensive knowledge and experience in SAP to support end-users with incidents and new requirements, and assist the business in implementing the tools included in the Siemens Smart Infrastructure IT Roadmap in Spain.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. SAP Support for end-users:
1. Manage and resolve SAP incidents from end-users.
2. Test new functionalities to ensure they work as intended.
3. Provide comprehensive SAP support for the implementation of tools included in the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Roadmap.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
2. Evaluation and Testing:
1. Conduct thorough evaluations of new applications to ensure they meet business requirements.
2. Create detailed test plans, execute tests, and document results.
3. Process Optimization:
1. Actively participate in initiatives aimed at optimizing SAP-related processes.
2. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
3. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Incident Resolution:
1. Manage and resolve SAP incidents in a timely manner.
2. Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
3. Test new functionalities to ensure they work as intended.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of proven experience with SAP, including at least 2 or 3 of the following SAP modules: SD, FI, CO, PS, CS.
3. Passionate about digital transformation.
4. Experience with implementing digital tools and technologies to enhance business processes.
5. Strong self-organization, teamwork, collaboration, initiative, proactivity, and communication skills.
6. High level of English (B2).
