🧠What You'll Work On
You’ll play a key role in the development of a brand new GenAI application, working closely with a dynamic team of engineers and data scientists. Although the role is mostly backend-focused (Python), you’ll also contribute to the application’s structure using React (20%).
đź› Tech Stack & Responsibilities
* Great expertise with Python
* React experience: this project is primarily backend-heavy. Frontend will be minimal.
* Develop scalable APIs using FastAPI.
* Work with Pandas and NumPy for data processing
* Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) workflows (nice to have)
* Design prompts and optimize performance (Prompt Engineering)
* Integrate vector databases and embedding models
* Leverage frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
* Participate in architectural decisions and performance tuning
* Contribute to team knowledge sharing and code reviews
🎓 What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in full stack or backend development
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
* Advanced Python development skills
* Solid understanding of GenAI systems and modern LLM frameworks
* Strong communication skills and very good English (both written and spoken)
* Experience working in fully remote, agile teams
* Bonus: experience with large-scale AI deployments
