Product Owner for ATM and Satellite Navigation Projects
Do you want to take on new challenges? GMV is an experienced technology group. We are looking for a Product Owner/Team Leader to join our software development team. This is a dynamic and collaborative team, whose mission is to design and implement advanced control centre applications for different projects in the air traffic and satellite navigation sectors in international environments.
WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the development team on assigned projects in close collaboration with other teams (engineering, networking, hardware, integration, cybersecurity, etc.) to ensure the quality of the final product.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the development team on assigned projects.
2. Collaborate with technical and multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of solutions.
3. Define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Manage the daily activities of the team and ensure efficient workflow.
5. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for a product owner with training and interest in being part of satellite navigation projects. We will also value previous experience and knowledge in:
1. Experience in software development.
2. Experience as a product owner, team leader or similar roles.
3. Knowledge of agile methodologies.
4. Knowledge of best practices in software design and secure programming.
5. Experience in air traffic projects.
