Position: Presales Engineer, Fortinet

Role Overview: As a Presales Engineer, you'll be working in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives to sell and promote assigned vendor's products. You will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers. You will also participate in technology fairs and events.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Providing technical knowledge and expertise.
2. Supporting the business teams in the development and defining Bill of Materials (BOM).
3. Interacting with partners, identifying needs and business opportunities through technical consultancy.
4. Delivering training and workshops for our customers.
5. Continuously learning about the latest technologies (you will obtain vendor's certifications!).
What We Are Looking For:
1. Knowledge of Fortinet solutions.
2. Experience with Fortinet products: FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, etc.
3. Certifications in Fortinet solutions, such as NSE4 FortiOS, NSE 5 FortiManager, NSE 6 FortiSwitch, NSE 5 Secure Wireless LAN, NSE 7 SD-WAN.
4. Experience dealing with partners and customers in network and security project development.
5. Negotiating skills and strong communication skills.
6. Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology.
7. Ability to identify and resolve partner issues with excellent prioritization of workload.
8. Willingness to travel occasionally nationally.
9. A real passion for learning new technologies and a strong attitude towards new challenges.
