Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our presence in the French market, driven by investor interest. The position is hybrid, with only one day required at the office in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:
* Renewals and Sales: Secure and close renewals, communicate the renewal process to existing customers, and identify additional solutions to fit customer needs.
* Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via Zoom calls, phone, and email to understand their goals, challenges, and key performance indicators.
* Collaboration: Work closely with resellers, inbound marketing, and outbound sales teams to ensure timely renewals and effective communication.
* Sales Documentation: Update opportunities and manage sales activities in Salesforce, including price quotations and purchase orders.
* Lead Qualification: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, contact potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and set up meetings and demos.
* Team Size: 11 people, with a very horizontal structure and no manager titles.
Profile Characteristics:
* Role: Outbound SDR French Market.
* Experience: At least 1 year in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in SaaS or platform sales targeting SMEs or large companies. Must be KPI-oriented and metrics-driven.
* Targets: To be defined, focusing on enterprise accounts.
* Sales Cycle: Complex product, with final phase involving an engineer.
* Objectives: KPIs include 500 touchpoints between emails, calls, and other interactions.
* Software: Sales Nav, Aircall, Hubspot.
