Business Development Manager - Quantum Computing - AI

Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth:
Drive sales to meet or exceed revenue targets for the company’s products and services, including renewals and new business opportunities.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with field and enterprise sales teams, as well as channel partners, to develop and execute effective account strategies.
* Customer Engagement:
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to identify and address their needs.
* Presentations & Demonstrations:
Lead advanced solution presentations, showcasing the unique value of the company's products and services compared to competitors.
* Technical Coordination:
Organize support for demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), evaluations, and training sessions in collaboration with technical teams.
* Feedback & Communication:
Share insights with technical and marketing teams to improve product capabilities and develop winning sales strategies.
* Industry Events:
Represent the company at industry shows, conventions, and networking events to enhance visibility and attract new business.
* Proposal Development:
Prepare clear and compelling proposals, quotations, and value propositions tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications:
* Education:
A master’s degree (or equivalent) in sciences, engineering, or a related technical field.
* Experience:
8+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or consulting, with a proven record of achieving sales targets in technology or engineering-focused roles.
Skills:
* Strong communication and organizational abilities.
* Problem-solving mindset to create tailored solutions for diverse client challenges.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams, including development, marketing, and project management.
* Languages:
Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
* Travel:
Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and events.
