Job Description
The Account Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for generating revenue and market share for LBS products and services from customers in a defined territory of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current product lines (AS/CH/DP) and applications.
* Proactively work with all LBS stakeholders to develop a sales plan for each account.
* Visit all accounts to make contact in new positions.
* Acquire support for colleagues who may have previously managed your account/s.
* Provide support for colleagues taking over any previous account.
* Provide comprehensive monthly reports about key activities and market progression.
Travel Requirements:
Must be able to travel approximately 50% of the time primarily within the region (Castille Y Leon, Castille La Mancha, Extremadura, Canarias).
Requirements:
* University scientific bachelor's degree or Technical Degree in Pathological Anatomy (Grado Superior FP Técnico de Anatomía Patológica)
* Experience in sales, preferably in a biomedical industry
* Fluent in Spanish, English B2 professional
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience in the Diagnostics industry and Medical tender process experience
