Job Overview: We are looking for an Event Product Specialist to support the Account Manager team with the creation and monitoring of all online ticket shops, mostly in the motorsport, football, exhibition, and festival industries.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Creation of organizers' accounts
2. Creation and maintenance of product catalog:
* Management and upload of multilingual online content
* Management and creation of ticketing elements: type of tickets, payment modes, shipping methods, customer type, etc.
1. Mapping of third party providers interfaces and data elements
2. Validation of content and integrity of online ticket shops
3. Stock and rate grid management
4. Validation of Event venues/stadiums
5. Creation of custom tickets (e-tickets, vouchers, paper tickets, etc.)
6. Any additional task relating to ticket-shop creation/lifecycle
7. Creation and resolution management of support tickets
8. Monitoring of daily scripts and monitoring of resolution in coordination with internal teams
9. Participation in UAT for new IT projects covering Organizer ticket shops
Requirements:
1. Bac +2/+3
2. Languages: fluency in English - Strong proficiency in Italian is a significant plus - Ideally, mastering of Spanish
3. Extremely rigorous, great sense for detail, excellent writing skills
4. Ownership, autonomy
5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
6. Ability to be quickly efficient with IT software, tools, and UIs
7. Willing to travel
