Our client, an important company in the automotive sector based in Gavà, needs to incorporate a: Senior Talent Acquisition.
Functions –
* Collaborate with Line Managers and HRBPs to identify the ideal profile, defining the most suitable candidate scouting channel.
* Launch scouting and recruiting activities using methodologies defined with the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager. Select candidates through interviews and present the best ones to the Line Managers.
* Support Line Managers and HRBPs in the selection of the final candidate and participate in the negotiation and formalization of the employment contract.
* Conduct the selection directly using necessary recruiting tools and techniques.
* Carry out recruiting activities according to the assigned recruitment budget.
Requirements –
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing the full cycle of a recruitment process.
* Very high proficiency in English.
* Higher education degree in a relevant field, such as a Bachelor's degree or Engineering.
* Experience in the Automotive sector
