Head Chef
Salary: €36,000-€48,000 per year + bonus
Location: Palma de Mallorca, Spain
Are you a passionate chef with a deep love for sustainable cuisine? We’re on the hunt for a Head Chef who thrives on creating exceptional dishes using locally sourced produce. This is your chance to lead a kitchen where sustainability and creativity come together to deliver an impeccable presentation and unforgettable flavours.
Tasks:
* Designing and crafting seasonal menus that highlight local produce and reflect the "farm to table" philosophy.
* Building and maintaining relationships with local farmers and suppliers to ensure the freshest ingredients.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the kitchen team to achieve high culinary standards.
* Managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, food cost management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Ensuring each dish meets exceptional standards of taste, presentation, and innovation.
* Collaborating with management to introduce new ideas and culinary trends to enhance the dining experience.
