Job title: Modality Sales Specialist- Enterprise Informatics
Responsible for identifying and creating growth Healthcare IT (Enterprise Informatics) revenue and market share in Iberia, with focus on Spain. You will proactively work with sales activities towards new and existing customers as well as developing, qualifying and closing profitable Healthcare IT deals.
Your role:
* Providing technical and clinical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations to Customers.
* Identify new deals well in advance in the assigned territory of Spain. Identify Customer’s key persons and build relationship. Identify possible competitors and their strengths and weaknesses.
* Establish or maintain relationship with current Customers and take care about their needs to maintain their satisfaction at the highest level.
* Formulate the solution for Customer by combining the knowledge on Philips Solutions, the expertise on hospital/clinic workflows and Customer needs to build the best winning proposal. Informing and recommending customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.
* Collating customer insights for new product introductions, competitive & market feedback.
* Taking a part in congresses, events, team meetings in Spain & occasionally internationals.
* Providing accurate and transparent funnel management as part of daily activity by using Philips Systems.
* Providing accurate and transparent forecast and explanations when required.
* Being the knowledge expert on products/solutions, who supports Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing technical IT and workflow expertise on Enterprise Informatics Solutions across the accounts. Supporting the Account managers and District Managers in achievement of business goals.
* Providing the best solution configuration according to Customer needs and following business policy, pricing strategy, etc. according to established guidelines.
* Monitoring competition and changes in the industry and provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
* The role includes at least 50% traveling across Spain.
You're the right fit if you have:
* Previous experience in healthcare IT Sales / Business Development (successful Sales experience with emphasis on software and services sales or within healthcare).
* Previous Healthcare experience within Radiology workflow, Cardiology or hospital IT department is seen as a big advantage.
* Good communicator at different levels of Customer’s Organization or roles.
* Ability to build strong relationship with Customers, so to be perceived as the trusted consultant on Healthcare IT.
* University degree. Engineering or IT preferred.
* A desire to continuously learn and follow the industry development.
* High level of business understanding and strong ability to understand the market and use that knowledge to professionally consult the customers in all aspects and propose adequate product solutions.
* Strong time management and organizational skills to achieve company goals and ensure focus on value-added sales activities.
* You are a strong team player with the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts.
* Fluent English and Spanish.
