Multinational company located in Bilbao wishes to incorporate a person to service desk analyst reports hierarchically to the IT Manager.
Activities:
* Ensuring ongoing operations and providing L2 and L3 support to users.
* Support of Windows servers, VMWare and VEEAM infrastructure.
* Managing permissions and file sharing via Active directory
* Coordination of external and internal IT partners.
* Participation in the selection and introduction of new IT solutions
* Planning and implementation of local projects
* Cooperation and local implementation of Global projects
* Management of the relationship with the country's Business line leaders
* Management of the relationship with the country's IT service providers
Documentation of the system landscape
Skills and soft skills:
* Good knowledge of English
* Good knowledge of Windows Server’s management.
* Knowledge of Office 365, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
* Good Knowledge of VMWare infrastructure.
* knowledge of VEEAM
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Basic understanding of networking
* Ability to understand global IT policies and to apply them in an independent way.
* Willingness to travel within our locations in the South Europe Region
