Technical Support Team Member (Local Market)
Serve as a key member of the technical support team in launching new devices in the local country or region market.
Lead communication with carriers and distributors to understand their requirements and schedules, while working closely with R&D and TAMs in headquarters to ensure products receive Technical Approval for sale.
Execute self-testing for each software release before delivering it to customers.
Be responsible for project testing, including new technology testing such as 5G NSA, SA, VoNR, and mmWave.
Analyze logs, submit defects in the JIRA system, and collaborate with the R&D team (BSP, Telephony, Radio, protocol) and other cross-functional teams to identify and verify issues.
Organize and lead technical workshops to communicate new technologies and evolution directions to carriers.
Acquire competitive information.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunication Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
* Familiarity with carrier technical acceptance processes and good relationships with local carriers.
* Able to work independently and proactively.
* Knowledge of IMS (VoLTE, VoWiFi) and new wireless technologies like 5G NSA, SA, VoNR, and mmWave.
* Good understanding of RF & OTA fundamentals, with practical experience a plus.
* Experience with Qualcomm/MTK tools (QXDM, QPST, ELT).
* Excellent English and Spanish spoken and written communication skills required.
* Mandarin language skills a plus.
