Job DescriptionResponsibilities
* Sales (70%) - Actively lead all sales activities in the store, including customer engagement, executing the daily task list, and following up on sales. Responsible for maintaining customer service standards across the team.
* Inventory (20%) - Responsible for the store's inventory. Optimize the use of the EPOS system to save time. Be an expert in using the store's TPV system.
* Training (15%) - Organize, participate in, and validate training for all sales staff. Supervise and ensure compliance of all sales employees upon completion of Trek University, Ascend U, and any other relevant training systems. Support and track the development of sales staff using the employee development chart.
* Product Research (5%) - Collaborate with the store manager to identify new products to carry in the stores.
* Miscellaneous Tasks - Perform other tasks as prescribed by management as necessary.
