What do you need to fulfill this job?
1. Imaging of Windows Devices to latest version
2. Provide 2nd Level Support
3. Unboxing and packing of equipment To/ From Remote locations
4. Must be able to follow schedules and perform administrative type tasks
5. IMAC
6. Perform Hardware and Software Installations
7. Smart Hands Activities
8. Provide remote support for users traveling or at home
9. Endpoint Encryption Troubleshooting – McAfee
10. Ability to work in Active Directory
11. Provide asset information within ticketing system to ensure an accurate asset database
12. Perform refresh of end user devices in alignment with refresh schedules
13. Assist with inventory activities as required weekly and monthly
14. Ensure local Inventory is up to date and correct
15. Maintain an incident/IMAC resolution/closure rate of 5+ tickets per day
16. Ability to work within Service Now
17. Strong ability to interact with Customers
18. Proper Documentation of End User Issues within Service Now
19. Backup and Restoration of End User Data
20. Setup and configuration of all MAC OS systems
21. Knowledge in Zero Touch Deployment for MAC’s
22. Provide 2nd Level Software Support on a Mac
23. Knowledge of JAMF
24. Experience with JAMF self-service management and command line
25. Imaging and reimaging of MAC’s Laptops to latest OS Version
26. Diagnosing and Troubleshooting MAC related OS and Hardware problems
27. IMAC
28. Perform Software Installations on all apple devices
29. Smart Hands Activities
30. Provide remote support for users traveling or at home
31. Provide VPN support on Mac devices
32. Provide accurate asset information within ticketing system to ensure an accurate asset database
33. Perform refresh of end user devices in alignment with refresh schedules
34. Assist with Mac inventory activities as required weekly and monthly
35. Proper Documentation of End User Issues within Service Now
36. Backup and Restoration of End User Data
37. Create, modify, and maintain MAC processes and policies
38. Maintain an incident/IMAC resolution/closure rate of 5+ tickets per day
39. Ability to work in Active Directory for Windows if needed
40. Ability to work within Service Now
41. Strong ability to interact with Customers
