Sales Operations and Client Support
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for managing business relationships with existing clients and prospects, supporting all steps of the sales and distribution cycle, including quoting, purchase order confirmation, product allocation, invoicing, product distribution, and claim management. This role provides assistance to customers in making informed purchase decisions and supports sales lead generation initiatives.
Responsibilities include providing overall support of sales operations and purchase order execution/purchase order fulfillment with clients in our EMEA Division, reviewing and processing client orders with a high level of accuracy, and providing timely follow-up to clients when Regional Sales Managers are unavailable. Additionally, this role involves interacting with clients frequently in a clear and professional manner, creating and tracking quotes within CSI CRM tools, and providing clients with status updates on orders and delivery schedules.
