Could you be the full-time Railway Infraestructure Manager in Barcelona we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your experience to lead the maintenance of all Tram Infrastructure subsystems (Electrical Substation, Catenary, Stops, Interlocking, Depots, Radio, etc…), as well as all the renovations and overhauls of them. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will participate in the correct execution of the works, guaranteeing the fulfilment of the KPIs and quality service requirement established contractually. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Suppliers and Engineering), responsible for three engineers who will manage the renovations of different subsystems as well as technical support within the organization and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of verify the correct development of the Maintenance Plan, but also plan the preventive maintenance 1st and 2nd level.
We’ll look to you for:
* Elaborate and verify all the necessary documentation to undertake the Industrial Maintenance Process.
* Establishment and optimization of Maintenance Processes.
* RAMS: follow up quality contract indexes (Reliability, Availability, Regularity, ...) and failure analysis.
* Propose and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction.
* Monitoring Quality System compliance.
* Give support of production engineering to the workshop in the preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Elaboration of technical reports breakdowns
* Elaboration of REX reports and proposals for design improvements.
* Follow-up repairs made by suppliers.
* Establish and implement Systems and Infrastructure plans that develop the technical competencies of the maintenance team, considering the personal needs of each member. Develop internal training and communication activities, aimed at transmitting the know-how to the entire team.
* Guarantee and transmit to the personnel, the strict compliance of the Norms of Quality and Environment, Safety and Labor Health. Ensure that safety and environmental measures are complied with at the personal level, during the execution of the different maintenance works.
* Plan and manage the renovation projects of the tram system.
* Planning of preventive maintenance
* Industrialization of Infrastructure operations
* In charge of and managing the costs of the different Word Packages.
* Release of "Troubleshooting" documents to improve the efficiency of corrective maintenance
* Manage human group to reach the KPIs commitment

* Academic background: University degree in Electrical Engineenering, Industrial Engineering or related studies.
* 3 years of experience in similar positions.
* Mandatory: ERP Working knowledge.
* Experience managing teams.
* English level C1
* Knowledge in Electrical Substation.
* Knowledge in Catenary.
* Knowledge of the different tramway system would be an asset.
