Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources and Office Administration professional to manage all HR-related matters, recruitment, payroll, and tax compliance in northern Spain. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, relevant qualifications in Human Resources, and a deep understanding of Spanish labour laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage HR-related matters, including maintenance operation in northern Spain
* Recruit and assist with payroll and tax compliance
* Administer all Human Resources matters in line with Spanish regulations
* Report to Project Manager and General Manager
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources from a Spanish institute at diploma level or higher
* Familiarity with Spanish labour laws, tax laws, and EU labour compliance
* Ability to work in a changing environment with strong teamwork skills
Desirable Skills:
* Previous aerospace experience in Spain
